MARKETING AND LEGITSCRIPT COMPLIANCE

  • All marketing communications require prior opt-in.

  • You may choose to receive communication by SMS, email, or both.

  • Marketing related to treatment, prescriptions, or health claims will not use PHI without written authorization.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes of any treatment or program; individual results vary.

SECURITY AND BREACH NOTIFICATION

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect PHI and PII. However, no system is completely secure. telemedicine availability / states served

Infinity Functional Performance LLC currently offers telemedicine services only in the U.S. states of Texas and Arizona. Our services are not available in any other states at this time.
